Placement will be between the sidewalk and street where sidewalks are provided. Waste may be placed on property near the street when available and when sidewalks are not available. Leaves may be mixed with regular yard waste for collection or placed in a separate pile in a manner that will not obstruct drainage, sidewalks, or street traffic. Leaves and other yard waste may not be bagged.

    (g)

Grass clippings shall not be bagged and shall be separated from trash as previously stated. Grass clippings may be piled with other organic matter, such as hedge clippings and similar yard waste.

    (j)

The city will contribute all available resources to the collection and disposal of yard waste caused by severe storms and other acts of God or natural disaster.
