§ 48-64. Refuse not acceptable for automated refuse carts.

Items enumerated in this chapter as unacceptable for city containers shall not be placed in a refuse cart. A container containing unacceptable refuse shall not be emptied until such time as the items are removed from the cart. A fine in the amount set by the city council shall be imposed on any person violating this section.
